The Border Curling Club team of Don Patterson, Aline Patterson, Bob and Janet Smith won their Senior Mixed against Yvan Verville and his team from Sherbrooke. Don Patterson was not able to play in the finals and Ted Bowser stepped in to lead the team to victory. Another Sherbrooke team skipped by Bertrand Cotnoir was victorious over a Magog team lead by Jules Lalancette.

L’équipe de curling du Club de Curling Border, composée de Don Patterson, Aline Patterson, Bob et Janet Smith, a gagné leur Mixte Senior contre Yvan Verville et son équipe de Sherbrooke. Don Patterson n’a pu jouer dans les finales et Ted Bowser a pris la relève et a mené l’équipe à la victoire. Une autre équipe de Sherbrooke, dirigé par Bertrand Cotnoir, a été victorieuse contre Magog, dirigé par Jules Lalancette.
